Patrick Hoban is an Irish-born international evangelist whose dramatic 1987 conversion set him on a path of Spirit-empowered ministry. Mentored by a former IRA member radically transformed by Christ, he entered evangelism in 1992 and has since preached around the world, leading major open-air campaigns with crowds over 36,000 and seeing more than 20,000 decisions for Christ in a single outreach. Alongside his global ministry, Patrick has planted and overseen churches, spoken in schools on vital issues, authored several books, and is now residing in Minneapolis while traveling internationally and preparing to plant a new work in the southwest metro of Minneapolis–St. Paul.

Did you ever try to do everything right and it went so terribly wrong, and now you are suffering with turmoil that is beyond comprehension and seems so unfair?
In his book “Cheated” Patrick tells the stories of people that went through such a life-changing experience and suffered what he has coined “Right Life Dissonance.” This profound experience of inner confusion overwhelms a person suffering from what appears to be a great injustice. It is the disconnect between what should have been and what is. Right Life Dissonance is the whirlwind of confusion and the unanswered questions that it brings.
In the pages of “Cheated” you will discover what is really going on behind the scenes, why we as humans suffer inner dissonance when we experience such tragedies or life’s injustices. You will see how a divine visitation gave Patrick the answer, and how people can move on to new life and peace.
“…In ministry, he is a powerful communicator of the Word of God. Patrick has always demonstrated a remarkable initiative, positive attitude, and a commitment to Worship, the Word, and the Work of the Holy Spirit…”

“….the gifts of the Spirit moved through him….One woman in particular was delivered and saved….He is a blessing to any congregation that would open its doors to him….”

“….Patrick is an Excellent preacher, with insight and wisdom which can only be gained from being in the presence of the Holy….he is often used of the Spirit in the manifestational gifts…”

A reflection on how God reveals our blind spots and helps us grow through humility and accountability.
